Metrobil Technology was founded in 1997 to operate in the IT world. It has gained a significant customer base in a short time by providing sales, distribution and after-sales services for computer and peripheral products.

Metrobil started operating in 2007 as a Turksat Cable TV Business Partner. It currently operates in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul, Izmir, Manisa, and Edirne provinces with 135 personnel and 60 vehicles.

In 2016, Metrobil underwent a strategic restructuring to broaden its service offerings. It now provides Access Network and Security Solutions, Subscriber Installation and Maintenance Services, Network Infrastructure Project and Application Services, and Smart City Services. Notably, in 2022, Metrobil expanded its operations into the energy sector, offering Electric Vehicle Charging Technologies with its expert staff.

Metrobil, which has made many communication infrastructure business partnerships, especially with Turksat, Turkcell, and İsttelkom, aims to operate abroad to carry its engineering experience to the international arena with its increasing communication infrastructure experience, developing project management capability and strengthen the organizational structure.

Within the scope of the technology vision of Denge Investment Holding, in line with the development of Smart City Technologies and the goal of Technology Service Export, negotiations for the acquisition of a subsidiary with Metrobil technology Inc. were initiated on November 30, 2020, and 75% of its shares were purchased on December 31, 2020.
