He was born in 1985 in Akhisar, Manisa. He completed his primary education in Manisa and his high school education in Çanakkale in the field of Maritime. He is a graduate of Anadolu University, Department of Logistics.

He started his career in passenger operations at a ferry company operating between Turkey and Italy. He later took on the responsibility of ticket sales organization in the tourism sector of the same group and established and managed the call center department.

Göksel established and managed purchasing departments in group companies such as İstanbullines Denizcilik, Marmara N Denizcilik, and Etis Logistics within Negmar between 2006-2016. He was a member of the team that implemented the Ro-Ro management project of the group in the Marmara Sea.

He started working at Site Logistics in 2016. He currently serves as the Director responsible for Port Operations, Heavy Vehicle Fleet Operation, Purchasing and Administrative Affairs departments.

Göksel established the logistics infrastructure for purchasing, packaging, cold storage, land, and sea transportation operations in the tropical fruit trade in East Africa, centered in Kenya and covering Tanzania and Uganda. He also established and managed fruit export operations from Turkey to East Africa and fruit trade operations from East Africa to Turkey, Russia, and India.

Married and father of two, Göksel started his duty as a Board Member in Denge Yatırım Holding in March 2024.
