He was born in Kahramanmaraş in 1982. After completing his primary and secondary school education, he won a place at Adana Science High School and completed his high school education there. After completing his university education at Hacettepe University English Business Administration Department in 2004, he started his master's in Production Management and Numerical Methods at the same university.

While continuing his master's degree, he also started his professional career in foreign trade in Ankara. After completing his military service, he started working as a Financial Control Specialist at Anadolu Group Holding Financial Affairs Presidency within the scope of Anadolu Group Management Candidate Program in 2007. He worked in the Internal Audit Presidency and Business Development Presidency departments within Anadolu Group Holding until September 2011. In September 2011, he continued his career as a Financial Controller at Anadolu Etap Company within the scope of the Group's international investment in agriculture.

He assumed senior management positions in Anadolu Etap Financial Affairs, Business Development, Commercial Control, Purchasing and Sales Marketing. During this period, he took on the leadership of many agricultural investments and international projects such as large-scale garden establishments and facility investments, and managed multinational teams.

During the same period, he completed his Master of Laws at Bilgi University. As a result of his experience in Agriculture and Food, he made his first personal investment in international food trade as a founding partner of Gusto Foreign Trade Inc. in 2021. In December 2023, he established Tropigo Foreign Trade Inc. as a founding partner in line with his activities in fresh fruit and food trade. Alp Eren Yaprak, who continues his activities in the field of agricultural products and food trade in the international arena, speaks English fluently.
